Tai Chi is gentle and powerful. A great activity for people of all ages. Can be enjoyed by people impacted by cancer, arthritis, or chronic back pain. Due to the low impact movements and combined internal and external effects on the mind/body, anyone can try and benefit from Tai chi. Classes are taught by Tai Chi instructor, TiZ.
