In this class kids will learn how to prepare healthy and naturally energizing snacks, entrees, side dishes and even desserts. Each junior chef will have a hands-on experience on the farm as we gather crops. Participants will learn how to make yummy food using fresh, seasonal produce they picked with their own hands. This three week course will end with a meal in which the young chef can invite a guest to eat the fruits of his or her labor. Join Christine to toil in the soil and cook in the kitchen!
