In this fun hands-on class you will learn the fundamentals of baking including dough, quick breads, pies, cakes and cookies. You will be able to sample an assortment of baked goods. Topics we will cover are safe handling, baking as a science, basic baking terminology, functions of ingredients and finishing touches. Please wear or bring an apron and bring a vessel and /or bag to transport your goodies home.
