Evening Kiwanis Pancake & Sausage Brunch

What goes better on a Fall morning than a steaming pile of pancakes and freshly cooked sausage?  Be sure to put, Saturday, November 9th on your calendar to turn out at Dempsey Middle School anytime between 7 AM and Noon for the Evening Kiwanis' 17th Annual Pancake & Sausage Brunch.  Not only does this fundraiser help buy bike helmets to distribute for kids, but it also serves as a special thanks to ALL Veterans and members of the Armed Forces.  For the 17th year, this event will offer a free pancake meal to those who have so unselfishly served their country -- in times of war and peace.  Not only do Veterans and active service men get a free meal, but they also are greeted by members of our Aktion Club and presented a hand made card to show our appreciation.  Get your tickets in advance to save a dollar on the price from any Evening Kiwanis member or by going to the Evening Kiwanis Club of Delaware Facebook page and ordering online.  Prices at the door are $6 for adults and $4 for elementary-age children -- and of course Veterans and active members of the Armed Forces are free!  See you there.  Call 740-816-0200 for more information.
