Delaware Toastmasters offers a proven and enjoyable way for improving your communication and leadership skills while gaining more self-confidence. Our supportive and positive environment provides a safe audience for you to develop your skills in making both prepared speeches and impromptu speeches. You will also develop your leadership skills.
Whether you're speaking to your customers, your co-workers, or the board of directors, Toastmasters can help you do it better. You'll learn and practice in a friendly, comfortable environment with people who are there for the same reason you are—to become better communicators.
Our meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:15 PM and last about 75 minutes. We meet at the Orange Branch Library of the Delaware County District Library, which is located at 7171 Gooding Blvd., Delaware, OH 43015. Our meetings use a "hybrid" format (In-Person & Online) in which some people physically meet at the library and other people will be located remotely and connected using the Zoom service. Hybrid meetings will allow people to be part of our meetings using either type of meeting method and will be our ongoing meeting arrangement.
We invite you to attend one or more of our meetings. If you would like to attend, either come to our library meeting location, or if you prefer attending online, contact us and we will provide you with the Zoom connection info.
