Welcome to Wellness is an informal orientation with a staff member and an experienced participant of the Wellness Community introduces and provides background on our programs. This orientation is required for participation in any of our weekly support groups, to ensure the best group match.
These will be scheduled Tuesdays at 5 pm, Thursdays at 2 pm and by appointment.
