Description:

Pilates is designed to strengthen core muscles, including abdominals and the lower back, while increasing flexibility and self awareness. All Pilates moves based on focusing on breath, with movements which stimulate mind and body connection, making the work-out more effective. All levels of fitness are welcome and participants need to bring their own mat.
This is a 6-week series class at $45/per person. Taught by certified instructor Cindy Mills.
