Homeschool Adventures is a program for home-schooled children ages 7-12. It is held one Thursday morning a month
at various Preservation Parks preserves. There is no charge but registration is sometimes required. Explore and investigate nature
through fun, hands-on activities. Dress for the weather and outdoor exploration.
Feb. 16: What's for Dinner? Learn about the interaction between plants and animals and the flow of energy through an ecosystem. Participants will dissect an owl pellet, meet a live animal and create a food web.
$2 fee per student. Registration is required by Feb. 1.
